Once your order has been approved and a prescription label written by Dr. Wallace then it will be shipped out to you...it arrives fast. Since these are prescription drugs they must be approved by Dr. Wallace through a sent email from the pharmacy staff to the doctor...this is called an E-script. When ordering heartworm prevention, you must be up to date on your heartworm testing. Please order the correct size under the correct pet's name or it will be rejected. If you want to order your pets heartworm prevention by the month you can have it shipped to you monthly by putting it on "auto ship" and they will not charge you shipping. Just remember it will come off your credit card each month....you can cancel the auto ship anytime.
